The Costanza

Keep Clients By Facing Issues Early

George Costanza, from the classic sitcom Seinfeld, is most famous for being a neurotic, insecure, and often comically dishonest character whose bad luck and bad decisions frequently spiral out of control.

In one of the most famous episodes, George decides to do the opposite of every instinct he has—and it briefly grants him an improbable streak of success...the "Opposite" Principle.

When things go wrong, and they inevitably will, your first reaction will be to act like George does normally and want to avoid this confrontation. Don't. Take the opposite of your gut instinct, and face this problem head on.
